Clarkson University awarded nearly 800 bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees to students from 34 states, 26 countries and 60 New York state counties, this spring. (An additional 275 students received degrees this past winter and summer.)
A total of 1,445 SUNY Oneonta students earned Dean's List honors for the spring 2018 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.

The 4x800-meter relay of the track & field team has been selected as the WPI Male Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, February 18th. Sophomore Kevin O'Driscoll, freshman Ben Steeves, sophomore Tom Hanlon and graduate student Austin Scott collaborated to post a New England Division III championship time of 7:52.72 in the final opportunity of the indoor campaign.

Nearly 300 students from The Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam will make their collective Carnegie Hall debut in a performance honoring the College's bicentennial on Mother's Day. Maestro Duain Wolfe will conduct the Crane Chorus and Crane Symphony Orchestra in a celebratory concert befitting the College's 200th anniversary, featuring guest artists, epic works and a world premiere. This concert will be offered on Sunday, May 8 at 8:30 p.m., in the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage.
